Designer Handbag Collection | Louis Vuitton, Dior, AMQ, Ferragamo, Gucci & More

Seen as so many of you enjoyed my shoe collection video, I thought I would share with you today my designer handbag collection.

Handbags are my guilty pleasure, and I find no better way of treating myself than buying a one of these beauties for myself. I do only own designer handbags at the moment, just because they are pieces I cherish for a very long time and in a way I also feel like they are somewhat of an investment given most of them have quite good resale value, so I prefer to save up for one designer purchase than buy lots of cheaper ones.

From the time I graduated from university I would either get a handbag as a present from my family for a special occasion or I would save up to buy myself something I had been eyeing up for a while and this is really how I have built my collection. I also don’t hang onto bags that no longer really fit my style or that I feel would have better home somewhere else, so I do sell some pieces on Depop and Vestiare Collective (I will link my accounts below so you can check them out) and use this money to then put towards new handbags.

In this video I am sharing all my collection from shopping bags, to clutches so I hope you enjoy it and if you do please don’t forget to subscribe to my Youtube channel.

Bridal Makeup Tutorial

Seen that Spring is here and wedding season is upon us, I decided to do a bridal makeup tutorial. Its a super classic timeless and very elegant look in my opinion, which I think would flatter most skin tones and face shapes. I have always thought that wedding looks should be fairly neutral because fashion changes and you don’t want to look at your wedding pictures 10 years from now and think ‘OMG what was I thinking!?’. So I have tried to keep the look quite simple and used makeup to enhance my natural features.

I am also sharing some tips and tricks of how to prep your skin before the big day and what you can do to make sure your makeup stays put for the whole day and doesn’t budge. This is also a great look if you have an important event coming up and you want your makeup to be super long lasting.

I hope you enjoy this tutorial and if you do please don’t forget to subscribe to my Youtube channel.

One of my lovely Youtube viewers Shivani, requested I do a tutorial on a look that I was recently wearing in one of my vlogs. Its a super glam look with a bronze/golden smokey eye with a little glitter running through it. For the rest of my face its my usual highlight and contour routine with a nude glossy lip. Its the perfect look for any parties or nights out or whenever you want to look extra glamorous, so I hope you enjoy this tutorial and if you do please don’t forget to subscribe to my Youtube channel.

Saint Laurent Medium Monogram Tassel Handbag | My Guilty Pleasure

My love for handbags is something you must surely be aware of by now! I honestly could never have enough and as of late I have been loving the smaller kind and in this post I wanted to share with you my latest indulgence – the Saint Laurent Classic Medium Monogram Tassel bag in midnight blue python. This stunning beauty doesn’t come cheap at over £1,900 but compared to other designer hand bags I have to say it is pretty reasonably priced and it is so beautiful that once I saw it I just couldn’t help myself.

IMG_2249.JPGI have to admit it wasn’t a complete impulse buy, because I had the same bag in black suede for a couple of years and I recently sold this on Vestiare Collective because the suede was a little faded and I fancied an upgrade. Initially I was thinking of getting something completely different altogether, but after browsing a lot of different brands I decided that I actually really loved the design of this bag. Despite it being a relatively small bag it is actually very functional, because you can fit a lot of stuff inside and if like me you are not very tall you can wear it both over the shoulder and cross body which means it easily transitions from day to night. The inside of the bag is quite plain without too many separate compartment, but this means that it actually offers a lot more space. It only has a couple couple of flat pockets on one side to fit something small things like a credit card. However, the bag is quite structured, which I quite like as this means it holds it shape well even if you squish it around a little when travelling.

£140 Foundation Worth It? | La Prairie Skin Caviar Concealer Foundation

I have had a longstanding love affair with my Touch Eclat foundation by YSL. My wedding makeup artist  was the one who introduced me to it and I loved the way it made my skin looked from the first day I used it. The YSL Touche Eclat foundation for me has the perfect balance, its not oily but it leaves your skin glowing and has a great staying power. If you have been following this blog and my Youtube channel for a while you will know I have rarely used anything else in my tutorials, but now that I had completely run out of it it was time to try out something new.

Last week I tried out the Dior Diorskin Forever foundation and I have to stay that although it lasted well throughout the day and the coverage was good, I wasn’t overly in love with the super matte finish. If you want to find out more about how I got on with it here is the link to my video, where I do an in-depth review of this foundation https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xw6AxqEl3fg.
Luckily I hadn’t purchased a full size bottle of the Dior Forever foundation, so I decided to try out the La Prairie Skin Caviar Concealer Foundation. It is an eye wateringly expensive foundation, at a £140 a pop it does create a massive dent in your pocket, but especially if you have mature or dehydrated skin it is an absolute miracle product.

First Impressions + Everyday Make Up| Dior Forever Foundation + Mikasa Brushes

I have recently run out of my much loved YSL Touche Eclat Foundation and I thought I would try out the reformulated Diorskin Forever Foundation, given I had heard so many wonderful things about it. I also purchased some of Mikasa Beauty’s new makeup brushes and their lemon drop sponge, which is fairly similar in style to a beauty blender but slightly more affordable! In this video I review all of these products and also show you how I get along with this foundation throughout an entire day. I am also sharing my full everyday makeup routine so I hope you enjoy it and if you do please don’t forget to subscribe to my Youtube channel.
