Today I have something a little bit different, it is my first ‘What I Eat In A Day’. I love watching these so I thought you might like to have a peak into my kitchen and see the kind of healthy stuff I cook on a day to day basis. Cooking is actually something I love doing and although I am not great at following recipes, I love experimenting with food and making each dish my own. Meal planning is something I am also really into lately so at the begginging of the week I will usually plan my lunches and dinners for that week and shop accordingly. This has really helped me balance my diet out and ensure I eat a good variety of food.
In this video I run through some of my favourite dishes to eat on an everyday basis which are not only healthy and delicious, but also don’t take too long to get ready so are perfect for a busy school night.
