Tutorial: Soft Smokey Eye & Contouring Routine

A smokey eye and a contoured look have always been my go to look for any occasion. This look has been inspired by Kim Kardashian’s super polished makeup.

There is a misconception that a smokey eye can only be work for evening events but I think you can really play with different shades and tone the look up or down depending on the time of day and the occasion.

This look is super versatile and you can wear this to pretty much any occasion where you want to look polished and put together. By keeping your lower lashline cleaner this could be a great look to wear to work, meetings or even brunch! And by simply adding a little more eye shadow and smoking out your bottom lash line with brownish or grayish colour it could be a great look for an evening out or date night. If you decide want to go all out and wear this to a party or a club simply smoke out the bottom lashline with a darker colour and add some black liner and you’re ready to rock!

Both the smokey winged eye look and the perfect highlighting and contouring add definition to your face giving you those super model features which unfortunately not all of us have been blessed with. In this tutorial I show you how to use contouring and highlighting techniques to achieve those chiseled cheeks we are all after!
